I am 29 years old and have worked in the construction industry for 3 years now. I decided to go to BayTech when the opportunity arose to gain further knowledge such as reading blue prints, knowing the codes and how they affect me in my trade as a carpenter. Since my graduation, I have the confidence and skills to go forward in my apprenticeship, that I have recently started which I would have not been able to get the connections or the opportunities without BayTech. I am grateful for the teacher who spent extra time with me to make sure I understood all that he was trying to teach. I am in a much better place now than before I started, and am grateful for all the hard work and dedication for all those who work behind the desks to in the shop, they definitely make you feel like a family.
